Please note that most common issues with any app can be solved simply by power cycling your device and this should be attempted first to provide you with the quickest resolution. To power cycle your iOS device:

  • Press and hold power button until the "slide to power off" prompt appears, then slide to power off. Wait until the device has fully shut down and then press the power button to restart.

If you are experiencing a problem that is not resolved by power cycling your device, please contact us using the form below and include a description of the problem as well as the type of device you are using and the OS version present on your device (e.g. iPhone 4 with iOS 4.1, iPad with iOS 3.2, Motorola Droid X with Android 2.3 etc.).
